  Can I take a break in between the steps?

Yes, you can have a break in between the assignments, but you should finish an assignment before you log out. An assignment has been completed as soon as you have finished a customer call or a test. With your email address and password, you can log in again later to proceed with the tool.

  What do I need in order to complete the application process?

To go through the application process you will need a computer/laptop, a keyboard and audio.

  I cannot register. What should I do?

  When I tried to register, I got the message ‘Invalid vacancy ID’. What should I do?

To solve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Go to: workingatbooking.com
2. Search for the vacancy you wish to apply for
3. Click on the vacancy you wish to apply for
4. Click on the big green button 'apply for this job'
5. Click on 'start'
6. Scroll down to the end of the page and click on the blue button that says 'Register'
7. Write down your email address and choose a password to complete your registration

If this still not works, please provide us with information containing the full vacancy name, language and country you wish to apply for.

  I have tried to log in, but to no avail. What should I do?

Please note that you have to register before you are able to login.
